Create a printable MTG sideboard guide
Turn your Magic: The Gathering decklist into a sideboard plan for every matchup. This free sideboard chart maker puts your cards in rows and opposing archetypes in columns, so you can review what to bring in and take out before your next event. No account is required.
How to make a sideboard plan
- Paste a plain-text, MTGO, or MTG Arena deck export with a Sideboard section, then load your deck.
- Select your format and add opposing archetypes or custom matchups.
- Choose the quantity of each card to remove and add. Check the in/out totals and add matchup notes.
- Print your chart or choose Save as PDF in your browser's print dialog.
Matchups for your format
Plan for Standard, Pioneer, Modern, Legacy, Vintage, or Pauper. Archetype suggestions come from MyDecklist's database for your selected format. Custom matchups let you include local decks or separate plans for being on the play and on the draw.
You choose the swaps; the planner organizes your decisions into a sideboard guide. It does not automatically recommend cards to sideboard.
Can I print or save my sideboard chart?
Yes. The chart prints in portrait with up to 15 matchup columns per sheet, diagonal archetype headings, and separate IN and OUT sections. Additional matchups continue on another sheet with card names repeated. You can show only cards used in your plans; long decklists and notes may take additional pages.
Will my sideboard plan be saved?
Your current draft saves in this browser without signing in. Return on the same browser to keep editing. Drafts do not sync between devices, and clearing browser storage removes them. Save a PDF when you want a separate copy of your chart.
